Our engineers play a key part in our offering, so it’s essential that we only work with those who are fully qualified to do the job and adhere to our values.
All of our engineers are subject to a careful selection process via pre-qualification, to ensure they meet our high standards and are in line with our ISO9001 quality systems certification. Our contracts are with well-established, locally-based companies with good knowledge of the sites within their area in order to meet the requirements of our ISO14001 environmental standards.
A right-first-time approach
It’s essential that a problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have a real commitment toward a high percentage of proper first-time fixes, so we work with our engineers to ensure they carry the right parts on their vehicles.
Equally importantly, we monitor the effectiveness of works carried to be sure of long-lasting and effective repairs – all, of course, within our agreed timeframes for or clients.
Avoiding the unnecessary
We work continuously to make sure unnecessary call-outs are avoided by screening every call. This way we ensure that engineers are only called out for genuine equipment faults.
