Part of the Bettys & Taylors Group, Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms have been around since 1919 and are an institutional part of the British bakery industry. An independent family business with family values, they have 6 iconic tea rooms across Yorkshire, as well as a central bakery and cookery school in Harrogate.
Keenly aware of the role that transparency plays in creating resilient and sustainable supply chains, they wanted to work with a company that shared their belief in knowledge and information sharing to facilitate effective action.
What we did
Working with Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms since September 2018, our partnership has resulted in the successful supply, maintenance and compliance of their refrigeration equipment and air conditioning assets. They now have the ability to test/tighten the compliance of their equipment with ease and to measure the results.
Cooperating with both the individual sites and and group head office, we ensure effective communication that reaches all levels and fully understand their requirements, as well as their business goals regarding efficiency and innovation.
