The client

Dunelm is one of the UK’s largest homeware retailers established in 1979. With 171 stores across the UK, they see 3.5m online and in-store visitors per week. The company hold enduring values when it comes to the appearance and efficiency of their stores, and are committed to continuous improvement from open, trusting relationships with suppliers.

The majority of their stores have an in-house coffee shop, ‘Pausa’ cafe, which is where our services were required.

What we did

Since February 2014, we’ve looked after the repair and maintenance of their catering, warewashing and refrigeration equipment. We also produced and implemented a full asset tagging and equipment assessment programme.
