The Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) is a volunteer organisation which has been a prominent part of the charity sector since 1938. They have over 450 shops and cafes in more than 300 hospitals throughout the UK.
What we did
We have supplied and maintained their catering and refrigeration equipment since 2013, providing reactive cover to catering outlets of varying sizes. We worked closely with voluntary staff to fully understand their unique needs and helped to ensure the organisation was legally compliant.
We’ve used Arolite for six years now and we benefit from their complete support package – they screen calls to assess the level of help we need and they maintain and supply our catering equipment. I would definitely recommend them for equipment support and supply.
